I forgot. The men, daddies, or the males of the camp, rigged up an antenna so that they could watch football on Sunday. Had they known that the antenna would work so well, I'm sure they would have tried it on Saturday as well. They are enjoying some quiet time here while all the kids are out for a ride in the mule around camp or down at the waterfront. And yes, the mothers were watching the kids, if you hadn't guessed already.
Grace got into trouble yesterday afternoon before we left. You know when you go to camp and you see all the writing on the cabin walls and the bunkbeds from the kids that have come to camp all the years before you did? Yeah, Grace saw it too. But our Grace decided to take a red, yes, I said, RED, sharpie and write WELCOM (that is how she spelled it) on the front door to the mess hall and STOP on the door to the kitchen (where we didn't let the kids in).....Oh, we were NOT happy with the little one. But, good for her, one of the dad's did some big time scrubbing, thanks Larry and whomever else helped, and it all came off. She apologized (with MANY tears) and was so embarrassed for what she did. I honestly think she thought she was doing something to make the camp look pretty, but of course that is NO excuse, at all. Love that sweet girl, just can't believe some of the crazy things she does!!! :)
Here is Parker and his big buddy, Dakota. They are the certified cuties of the camp, for sure. They had a great time getting dirty and making messes.
Susannah was so tired on Saturday night, that she fell asleep standing (or leaning) up!! The other kids were playing games and Guitar hero (it's a really cool video game!) and she just fell asleep right there. There is nothing like playing so hard that you wear yourself out!!! It sure is GREAT to be a kid!!

Sounds like a great weekend! I'm sure Grace was just folloowing suit for what she saw in the rest of the camp with her red sharpie...Good thing the men didn't figure out they could watch TV earlier...the moms would have spent a whole lot more time watching the kids alone!
What fun memories you're making...red sharpie and all! Glad everyone had such a good time, even Sus in great James fashion, asleep on the bench!
Gotta love camp experiences.
Looks like lots of fun!
Your kids really are adorable!
