My Valentines...only a few days late...

With my new camera, the memory is so huge that I forget to download the pictures off until WAY after a holiday has gone by...so...family, I'm sorry. Here are your much requested Valentine pictures! Parker didn't want his picture taken with his "Balentine" gifts....by the way.

It's HERE!!

The new bed!! I'm so thankful for our new furniture and that Aaron decided that we needed something new and not me. It's always better when it is his idea!! he he he. You can click on the picture to see them better and close up, as always!

Parker wanted to stand in front and model!

We finally have enough storage for all of our clothes!! Yippe! Now I'm off to fill up my new dresser with my clothes that are all stuffed in my closet! Yeah for fun days...Thank you to Stacey's Furniture and Mother's Day Sales!!

These are the BEFORE Pictures...I know, I should have done them first, but you know Blogger!

This is Aaron (he looks like he really wanted to be in this picture doesn't he?) on our old bed....Aaron built the headboard many many years ago and it was showing it's age!

This is my old dresser from Goodwill....you can see how the drawers fall out when you pull on them...you have to watch your toes, for sure!! Good bye, old and warped mirror...I won't miss you one little bit!!

These are little bearings that would fall out each time that we moved the dresser...I found these last night when we moved the dresser to the garage. Now we just have to borrow a truck and haul the old stuff off to goodwill for someone else to use for a few years!

Un-eventful Halloween

Doing some "Incredible" poses for the camera...Grace was really into this year's costume!!
Parker didn't want to ride in the wagon much after he figured out that when you got out of the wagon is when you get the candy!
They got to wear their costumes to church and thought that was really cool...she kept flexing and thinking she was the daddy incredible, I think!
These are my "Incredible" guys...how did I get sooo lucky?
This is from the Halloween party a few weeks ago, but we are all actually looking at the camera...someone sent it to me so I had to post a good one!

Last night was a nice and uneventful Halloween. I love it. Aaron came home from work, played with the kids in the backyard, and we ate a jack-o-lantern pizza from Papa Murphy's. To tell the truth, I was happy with not going trick or treating, but I'm also 33 and am done with that stuff! The girls were about to jump out of their skin, they wanted to go sooo bad. So we got them all ready in their "Incredible" costumes and set out for a short evening of treating before church last night. They were great and we have some really nice neighbors. We got to meet the people that live at each end of our street and that was nice. We were done in about 30 because we only did our street (and we had church)...we were about the only people at church, they combined most of the kids bible classes, but I wanted to go because this is my one Wednesday night not to teach in Club 56 and I really wanted to go to Allan's (our preacher) class that he has been teaching! So, since there were only 2 kids in Club 56, I sent them to another class with just a few kids in it and went to enjoy a discussion on the Sermon on the Mount. It was great and I'm so glad that we went...our kids got all the real candy that they needed (I mean really, do they need to eat THAT much candy?) at our church's Trunk-or-Treat on Sunday night. After church, we put the kids in bed and watched, Mr. Brooks, with Kevin Costner. Oh, my word! That movie was so weird and scary. I honestly don't think I could recommend such a sick movie to anyone. So, unless you like murder, blood and weird mind game movies, DON'T go see this one. I went to bed and my tummy hurt, if that gives you any indication of the movie...it was just strange. Hopefully, next Wednesday we get a more upbeat and friendly movie for our movie night!!
