Dinner talk

Grace is always her funniest at dinner time. I have no idea why, but she always comes up with some very interesting comments at dinner while we are all sitting at the table. Which, I might add, is the longest meal of the day. Grace takes sooooo long to finish her food because she talks so much while the rest of us are eating. Tonight I had all of the leftovers put away and all the dishes done AND I had changed Susannah's diaper and Grace was STILL at the table eating. So, tonight she was stitting there and out of nowhere she said, "When I grow up, I'm just going to be an ordinary girl, Mommy. Oh, and Mommy, don't forget that I want to sleep in my Peter Pan pajamas tonight." I'm just laughing and then I look over at Sus and she is covered in spagetti and keeps saying, "Spetti, spetti, spetti." She is such a great little eater! I really think that Grace is going to be anything but ordinary. Don't you think so? Oh here is another thing Grace said tonight..."Why does Cookie Monster think that the moon is a cookie? I know that Daddy can answer any question, but I think that Cookie thinks the moon is a cookie just because it is round." Sounds good to me.

Grace is extraordinary because she comes from an extraordinary family! I am so glad that you are blogging so that we can hear all these great stories about the kids. Hugs to both of the girls.
