IT SOLD!!!

Thanks for the prayers!! It sold Thursday morning!! We spent the weekend in Ft. Worth looking for a new house to move into!! We close on our house here in Graham on Jan. 5. So we have to be out before the 5th...we found a house in North Richland Hills, TX and put a bid in this morning. Let's pray that they accept our bid. If they do, it's party time and everyone can come to our new house for a big fun weekend!!

Friday after Grace got out of school, the kids and I drove to downdown Ft. Worth and met Aaron! It was wonderful to see him and it was sooo cold. We were all bundled up in our coats, hats and mittens and walked around downtown and looked at the lights and saw his fancy new office. He is on the 33rd floor in the Burnett building. It was so neat to look down on Ft. Worth from where we were in his building out of his office window. Grace yelled, "Here we come, Ft. Worth! HELLO!!"

We also went downtown to meet Brittany Davis, from Gainesville, Florida, for dinner. Brittany played for the Lady Gators for her allowed 4 years and now she is a student coach with the team. Brittany was one of my campers at Florida Bible camp many years ago and now she is all grown up! We hadn't seen her since we were in Gainesville for Justin and Kristen Thomas' wedding and that had been a while, Grace was pretty little! We were all really excited about seeing her and the girls were so excited about seeing some "girl ball" as they call it!! Britt brought them some cute little gator clothes to wear to the game and she got us front row seats on the floor to watch the game right close up. It was great!! They lost, but it was still fun to be there to see them play in person. The only way it would have been better is if she was still actually playing for the team, but we will wait for her in the WNBA and sit on the floor then, too!!

I'll keep you updated on the new house..we should know by tonight if they accepted our bid!! Ft. Worth, here come the Greens!!!

That's great! I knew it wouldn't take long because I was sure your house was so cute it would go fast! But you do move more than a military family...it's a good thing you and your children have the personalities to do that. When they are grown, they'll have "family" all over the country!

WONDERFUL!!!! (Caroline is squealing with joy as I type.)

Prayers that they accept your bid in NRH!!!!

This will make it so much easier for us to come see you when we are visiting Jeff's family! That's why you are moving, right? (-:

Okay that was a throw back and now you have me trying to remember who Brittany is! I'll have to think about that and go look through some pictures. That is very cool about where she is now and that you guys got to see her -- though I have to say dressing your kids in UF gear is not my idea of good style; FSU is much better style! Hee hee, had to throw it in.
